x402 Trinity is a marketplace where sellers list APIs, files and digital products, and buyers pay for them per use in USDC on the Base network. Using the site means accepting these terms.
One account covers buying and selling. Keep your password and your API keys to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
A platform fee applies to every sale. The exact amount, and who pays it, is set out on the Payouts & fees page, which forms part of these terms.
Payments settle on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed. We never hold your funds: a sale splits between the seller and the platform fee in the same transaction the buyer pays in.
If a purchase fails to deliver, the buyer is not charged for it.
You are responsible for what you sell. You must have the right to sell it, it has to work as described, and it has to be legal.
What you buy is the seller’s, not ours — we are the marketplace and the payment rail. A purchase is for your own use unless the seller says otherwise.
Prepaid request credit does not expire and stays against your account, but it is not refundable in cash.
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, and third-party endpoints can go down without warning. We are not liable for a seller’s service, for losses caused by an outage, or for what you do with what you buy.
